Humanitri’s 24-month Transformational Housing Program provides safe, stable housing alongside trauma-informed, in-home support tailored to each family. Through our two-generational approach, parents build essential life skills—like financial literacy, household management, and stress regulation—while children grow in confidence and social-emotional well-being through the Together Achieving Goals (TAG) program.
With housing as the foundation, families are guided from crisis to stability in a consistent, supportive environment. Over time, they develop new habits, strengthen relationships, and gain the tools needed to sustain independence and move forward with dignity and hope.
Holistic, Two-Generational Model.
Humanitri’s two-generational approach supports parents and children at the same time. Parents build essential life skills like financial and household management, while children strengthen confidence, responsibility, and social-emotional skills through the Together Achieving Goals (TAG) program.
